Yes, you can use the service immediately after payment. Start using all ORCA MES features right away without any installation or waiting.
Can I change my plan during my subscription?
You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is applied immediately. Downgrading takes effect from the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days, and you can restore all data if you resubscribe within that period.
How is the number of licenses determined?
The number of licenses refers to the number of users who can use the service simultaneously. After subscribing, you can freely add or adjust users from the admin page.
Do I need to purchase Smart Scale hardware separately?
The Smart Scale hardware subscription includes device rental.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes, for business members, we issue a tax invoice every month. Register your business information in your account settings and it will be issued automatically.
